Imagine a team tasked with a 600% increase in workload over five years with no increase in staff. Now imagine accomplishing the effort in such an innovative fashion that the team gains national recognition for slashing the delivery time of multi-million dollar construction projects from 41 months to a phenomenal 21 months. It worked. The Building Construction team has been so successful that seventeen states and the federal government have sent representatives to study their solutions.
