Axon Technologies, a Florida corporation, warrants that each of its hardware components, whether installed as part of a system unit or separate, as a component piece, is free from defect.

Any part or portion thereof, of any component will be repaired or replaced by Axon Computers, at its option, if said part or component fails within the warranty period designated on the original packing slip, providing the failure of the part/component is not due to negligence by the purchaser, such negligence to be determined by Axon Computers. The date that a part/component is placed into service shall be deemed to be the date that the original purchaser takes delivery of the part/component. For warranty replacement, the part/component must be returned to Axon Computers with its original documentation and software as applicable.

The total obligation of Axon Computers shall not exceed the original purchase price of the part/component. In no event shall Axon Computers be liable for consequential damages, even if it has been notified of the possibility of such damages. This warranty represents the only remedy available to the purchaser and voids any other warranties expressed or implied.
